Process optimization and Lean Six Sigma

At vhp human performance we are committed to creating challenging jobs in automation. It is important that employees have a healthy workload. Peaks in workload or structurally low workloads need to be avoided. With our workload calculation tool we can calculate peak and off-peak times. We analyse tasks and transfer moments and determine whether tasks can be carried out more efficiently.

Both managers and employees are involved in process optimization. Together we explore opportunities for organising the work in order to add value to the organisation. We determine how the tasks can best be assigned within the organisation. We use a comprehensive assessment based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies in order to achieve sustainable employability. Our employees are trained as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and are happy to guide you through this process.
